Are we all in this together?

"The village is a good thing, when one wants its help. When one
doesn't want its help and the village forces itself upon you, it is a
very dangerous, ugly thing. Believe me, the majority of those who
read Hillary's "It takes a village" are not going to give parents or
children the choice to keep their children out of the village
schools. "
Hillary Clinton's version of "the villge" is completely misconstrued.
She was using it as a way to say big government needs to be more
involved in the welfare of our families.
She needs to get a dose of what "the village" really is.
In Africa, and other tribal communities, the village was the extended
family. A tribe was your parents, Grandparents, Aunts, Uncles,
cousins, etc....your family. And a family should ideally have a
vested interest in the well being and contenment of the other members.
Something the government doesn't really give a S*** about.

I read a child's book, It Takes a Village, about an African market and
everywhere the kids went they were treated beautiful by adults, everyone
knew each other, the kids were safe and secure. I have never read
Hillary's book but not all Demos are against Homeschooling. The house
representative in my local district is a demo who thinks Homeschooling
is beautiful. I just had to put my 2 cents in. Lisa of MT
