You probably already know this but many people who have difficulty with cow
milk do quite well with goat milk. Sometimes you are really lucky and find
a small goat farmer who will sell raw goat milk fairly cheap. Makes great
cheese.

What about rice milk?
Thats what 3 out of 5 of us use.
We use soy to cook with and rice for cereals and such.
