I've got loads these days! Try Vegetarian Times cookbooks, they're full of
really terrific ones that seem to use what I normally have around the house.
>I am also going to stop buying certain things,I know this sounds wierd, but I finally just bought lots of the things I
crave, and now that I have a pile of them around, I don't want them anymore.
We've been out of carrots for 3 days, and that's what I'm missing! (time to
go shopping!). If you can't stop eating certain things, this might not work
for you, but I was surprised how well it works for me.

Thanks Brenda, I'll look into that.
On the food choice thing, I wish I never craved chocolate and coke, but for me its a fact of life. So I like healthy foods except those? (yeah, I can hear the sighs) So I do end up buying those and of course my kids love them too,, my husband just has other junk that he likes, chips, and sugared cereal! What a pair we are!
