Mimi:I have made it part of my routine. I get up....get the day set up (ala
Flybaby-steps)...and check my e-mail while my a.m. laundry load is in. If
my afternoon routine allows for it, I get more time. I'm working on
evening routine time... the computer time seems to wind me up then and I
find it hard to get right to sleep ....or I tend to stay on too long!

I also use the digest....it gives me a workable sized "chunk" to get through
in about 15 minutes.
However, when the list is really *hopping*, I find my replies are a bit
'outdated'. That is, others have responed with similar thoughts, which I
may not see until the next digest. There are days/weeks when I have to
delete whole digests without responding because ......well, because my
family's needs are a higher priority.
Best of Luck!
