Thank you!! whoever posted this recipe I don't know how to say thank you
enough. My mom passed away 21 years ago and ever since then I've been
searching for a good recipe for one of these. She used to make the most
delicious upside-down cakes.... Yummmmmmm
Anyway... I think I've got a project for this weekend. DS has been begging me
to make a cake from scratch with him... this is it!

Training going through OLD family pictures and putting them in a scrapbook. It
was the neatest thing I think we've ever done before. She got a chance to
"see" her grandparents and great-grands on both sides. Talk about a bonding
moment!
Now we have a scrapbook that all the kids can enjoy and get to "know" the
family bit by bit.
