I was thinking the Mom was saying that the doctor, if the boy's foreskin
wasn't retractable, might suggest helping it along, as in forcing it to retract
(ouch), not that the doc might suggest a circumcision.

The site has information on how intact penises work (which many circumcised
doctors really don't know) and about the LACK of need for (and problems with)
"retraction."
