Hi Valerie! We will soon be neighbors! :-) I can't
seem to find my map of counties rght now, but we
started out looking in Snohomish and King counties and
then expanded to pierce and (??the Adjoining one) to
open up more possibilities in term of the limitations
inposed by the costs of land in Snohomish and King.
We will be narrowing down based on a number of
factors, after we are there to investigate things in
person and extensively. We anticipate about a year
(maybe more) of investigations and preparations before
we invest in land.

***Hi again Nanci. I think you'll find that land in Pierce or Thurston
(south of pierce) is less expensive that King or north of that. But you'll
find out for sure yourselves...
