Hi Donna
ambersand
I'm new here too, and already loving it. I've finally connected up with real people unschooling. Up to now I've just read about unschooling and knew it was for us. I have just recently met the only other unschooling family we know. It is so encouraging to know I'm not alone, and to converse with folks that don't ask, "But how do you know if they are learning what they need to?"
We are Catholic Unschoolers. I think that's a real minority. I haven't met any yet, even though there is a large number of Catholic homeschoolers. Most that I've read about or gotten catalogs from, seem to be trying to recapture the parochial (sp) schools of the 40s and 50s.
Progress not regress!!
