I like Harrison Ford okay.
My favorite of all is Charlton Heston in his prime--50's, 60's.
I like I forget his name in Guarding Tess, but most of his movies are too
violent for me.
I like Hugh Grant, but he's not hairy. I like hairy. So I like Robin
Williams. Hairy like monkey <g>.

Kevin Kline, Rupert Evert, Kenneth Brannagh [not very violent, their
movies...]

I like Denzel Washington. Oh, those eyes! Hairy, not
into that. Sandra, you can have the hairy ones. We'll
split up all the men of the world that way. Hairy ones
go to you, I get the rest. Is it a deal? Juli

I'm afraid that I like the "evil", dangerous-looking guys. I don't know
anyone else who thinks Alan Rickman is just (shiver) divine.

Oh, apart from the bits in A Fish Called Wanda where
Kevin Kline sticks chips up Michael Palin's nose and
then eats his favourite fish... and MP gets his
revenge by rolling over him with a street-roller, and
setting him in concrete...

But then they're funny...

I'm a George Clooney fan myself, that 'bad-with-a-bit-of-good' or
vice versa thing does it every time... but I do have a friend who
thinks Alan Rickman is dreamy...

Prince of Thieves could not be saved.

We have referred to it here as "Dances with Saxons" and "Robin Hood in the
Ewok Village." I've not managed to sit all the way through it.

Oooh! Denzel Washington.
I'll look over your shoulder at him anytime!

Holly and I have divided the prairie dogs. The ones under the ground are
hers and the ones outside are mine. In the winter she has them all.

Some of my friends don't like hairy men either. My husband is fairly hairy,
but blonde. His brother has almost the same build and hirsuteness, but dark
hair. I have found myself staring at his brother's shoulders sometimes or
arms. I try not to. <g> His brother never grows facial hair, though.
Shaves. My husband has had a full beard almost all the time I've known him.
He has hair to his waist too. And STILL Honeywell has let him work there 15
years, through all their big layoffs...

To each his own.... our family enjoys it. I love Morgan Freeman's Kazeem in it... and Alan Rickman is a gas. Kevin Costner is just a plus.

While we are oohing and ahing I might add,  oh what is his name?  I am terrible with names......Cuba Gooding Jr.  That boy is HOT!  The movie was great too and I don't usually like military movies that much.  It was just released on video but I am not good with titles.  He was a diver back in the....what,,,,,maybe 50's.  It is a darned good thing I don't need to rely on my memory to make money ha?   Angela's Movie Review.  "That movie with the really hot guy, who did indeed make me weak in the knees was really um...good.  The guy was an African American Diver in one of the military branches (can't remember which one, but they were on boats on the water)  He was the first African American to become a diver and ended up being a hero in my eyes.  You really should rent it,  too bad I can't tell you the freakin title"

OK, I had to look it up to save face.....
:

The true story of Carl Brashear (Cuba Gooding, Jr.), who was the first African American to become a master diver in the Navy, MEN OF HONOR is a serious film about the way that two men helped each other overcome such daunting challenges as racism, physical impairment, and the cagey rules of the military system. Tenured master diver Billy Sunday (Robert De Niro) is simultaneously the most vicious adversary and most loyal supporter of Brashear's, motivating him to succeed. An endearing drama, MEN OF HONOR tells an inspirational story about human spirit and determination.

Oh, I don't know, I switch off the brain and let the mushy bits
wash over me. I love the wedding :-) A bit like the wedding in
The Princess Bride (now there's a good film...)

Princess Bride is my all time favorite movie. A lot of people haven't heard of it though. My kids can quote entire scenes from it. I love Rob Reiner's sense of timing and comedic abilities.

I do not think it mean what you think it mean... and Carol Kane. I just rewatched a few "hippie" movies recently, Flashback with Dennis Hopper, Carol Kane and Kiefer Sutherland and Rude Awakening with Eric Roberts and Cheech Marin nad realized the anal cop, sherriff or whaterver you want to call him was played by the same actor. Of course if Free's parents had know about unschooling, he never would have felt the peer pressure for his upbringing. Just a thought.
