Oh, you're most definitely right, Lynda! I lived amongst redwoods
when I was growing up around Healdsburg and Guerneville, and these
overgrown matchsticks up here just don't hold a candle...

When we were down there last month we camped just south of Weott for
two days and spent our time hiking around, just loving being in the
redwoods again. There's something peaceful and soothing about the way
light filters down through those huge branches.
