Laura, that is really nice....
I think I need to engrave that someplace, or paint it on many of my walls.  That is so true, but hard to remind oneself of...

A friend of my mum's once painted, in bright red gloss paint 'Don't
let the b******s grind you down!' on her living room wall. I think she
was going through a tough time...
