That's really nice to read, Ann. Makes these long hours of editing
and proofing go faster. <g>

The May/June issue, which goes to the printer Monday (assuming I quit
goofing off and get back to work soon) is an interesting one, with
articles and columns about writing letters, bums, cleaning closets,
equipping our children with lifelong companions, unschooling (of
course!), graduations, big hairy audacious goals, wild horses, kids
being pushed into growing up too quickly, philanthropy for kids, and
- would you believe? - rabid ducks, of all things. <g>

Hmmm Rabid ducks should be interesting...we have a rabies epidemic going on around
here.

After reading Laura's post about being Hippocratic, I had my eyes
open for this one, other wise I would have been reading about big
hairy audacious bums (and I'm English, where it doesn't mean
what it means in the US, and fanny doesn't mean the same thing
either...)

Phew!

LOL, I was wondering about the bum thing, we think they are hind quarters,
and was wondering about the article :)

Hmmm... None come to mind, and I think I know them all. We've toyed
with the idea of starting an unschooling-only magazine, but we're not
sure there would be enough support to make it feasible. Bottom line
financials and all that rot... >>

I'd love to see one...I miss GWS.
