If I am remembering this right, soy is in the same food family that includes
peanuts. I think I read that in an allergy self care book. Peanuts are also
a very common allergen, so maybe there is that connection. (?) ~Karen

allergy and peanuts are included. i have 2 daughters with peanut allergies.
one is severly allergic and also to all tree nuts. the other is just peanuts
and only gets a rash around her mouth. both are fine with soy. even eat soy
nut butter in place of pb.
