Dinner party game
Ren Allen
This is hard....I've swiped a name or two from most people's lists!
I'm assuming it has to be people outside my family, because they'd
automatically be my first choice.:)
1)Siddartha Guatama
2)Viggo Mortenson
3)Jesus
4)Leonardo Da Vinci
5)Benjamin Franklin
6)Mother Theresa
7)Dalai Lama
But then there's my Mum (I assumed family was automatically excluded
though, otherwise she'd replace one of the above) and Thich Nhat
Han...sigh, too hard.:)

I don't have a list yet but I sure would like to go to Pam's party. (I
could serve so no one would be uninvited.)

I'm going to break down and participate. I did this about a week ago
on a punk parents group, but since then, and having read some posts
here, I may have to update my list a bit.
for now, we'll go with:
1. Joey Ramone
2. Mark Twain
3. Muhammad Ali
4. Philip Pullman
5. Ben Franklin
6. Louis L'Amour
7. Martin Luther King Jr.
My list is subject to change, and I'm only sorry that I had to include
only seven. I can only imagine the stress of actually having this
party, not even mentioning the problems inherent in resurecting the dead.
Now, what would you serve? I'd go with a big (big) breakfast, scones,
biscuits and gravy, sausage and bacon, scrambled eggs (with chipotle
cheddar cheese)lots of fruit, lots of coffee, bloody marys, pancakes
(the buttermilk recipe from Joy of Cooking)

Ooh... I never even thought about what would I serve - I am not a very good
cook so we would probably have to go out to a restaurant.

I included my husband! If I got to talk to all those amazing people I'd want him in on the conversation so we could talk more about it later. :o)

While I'd be interested to listen in on lots of these parties it's

What no one daring enough to invite Q? But then he would all seven guests
because he can't stand not to be the center of attention.
