Thanks to those of you who responded to my query. I guess you're right that
if you don't participate in a national level, you can belong to any of the
organizations and decide to keep things loose and unstructured as you want :)
Special thanks to Heather for pointing me towards Jane Goodall's Roots and
Shoots Clubs...I LOVE the sound of this one and think it'll be perfect for our
community! I've already joined and expect to get a packet brimming with ideas
and suggestions for getting started soon!
