and just another comment,as far as homeschooling is concerned,,which im not even going to bring up the word UNSCHOOLING,,,because the crap involved isnt worth it ,,,i get enough from them knowing ,,,oh,my god,,,shes homeschooling  them,,,geez..

We're not an unschooling association or anything legal. We don't do evaluations. We're a discussion list for beginning unschoolers.
 
There ARE, however, many of us who can help you figure this out.
 
Could you be more specific?
 
Which state do you live in? 
 
What kinds of evaluations do you think are necessary?
 
Give us more info and we'll try to walk you through.

...started un/homeschooling in january

....ok..i live in florida,and i wanted to know,,,,if,,i register  with florida  unschoolers,if i STILL have to send an evaluation to the school board .i dont see it nessacary,but,school board seems to..and ive had issues with child protective services not even a year ago..LONG story there..but i dont want to possibly red flag anyone by not ''doing it right''..thanx for any input
