I believe it's run by a Christian group. Also, I believe they had
something to do with supporting the Pearl's abusive methods so a lot
of homeschoolers left their blogging system over that.

Someone else might know more.

Yeah, that's it... Ren got it right! TOS and homeschoolblogger are closely
tied to the Pearls.
