On January 13, 2008, Brett McNeally of Ansteorra passed away after a long and difficult struggle with diabetes. He was well known for his sharp wit and his bright clothing. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him. Brett is survived by his mother and brother, and also by several that he called family including Duke Aaron MacGregor, Countess Dona Kayleigh Drake, and Master Don Eisen, who was also Brett's Laurel. Brett was involved with many aspects of A&S, and was also into rapier fighting. Tears of loneliness and sorrow at the loss of such a man, for a man he was, will be long in ebbing away. Brett was undoubtedly hard to dislike. Even as I write this, tears brim in my eyes. Rest well, my dear friend.
