My son typically stays up past 4am each night. Recently he started a VideoGame Design class for kids at a local community college, which starts at 11am on Saturdays. We have to leave by 10 am, which means he needs to get up by about 9:30. So far, we've had no problems whatsoever in him getting up and ready to go. I wasnt sure at first if he'd be able to do it, but he has. Just goes to show what you can do if you are motivated enough (including going without sleep.)
